The South-West welcomes a young and innovative chef, just a stone’s throw from the Capitole.
Our chef is well-known in the center of Toulouse, making full use of local produce in his inventive cuisine.
Made up of “pink bricks of Toulouse”, the décor of Si Bémol, with its shimmering colors, provides a worthy setting of a romantic restaurant. At once convivial and intimate, the restaurant complements the creativity and taste our Chef’s sensitive reinvention of the cuisine of the South West of France. Having perfected his art in the kitchens of several Michelin-starred restaurants, our inventive chef serves innovative dishes, from the “cheap menu” to the gourmet’s plate, such as a trilogy of warm home-made Foie Gras with fig chutney, a fricassé of scallops and pan-fried filets of pikeperch. But traditional dishes made with local ingredients that have become rare elsewhere are also found on his menus, such as the always delicious “450 gr French prime rib of beef.”
Whether a couple, a family, or a group of friends, with spaces for 130 guests spread over three levels and several rooms, Si Bémol welcomes groups of all sizes. Private rooms are also available for events … or to prolong the pleasure of a performance at the nearby Halle aux Grains.
